The Supreme Court has comfirmed Usman Ododo’s victory in the November 11, 2023, governorship election for Kogi State, dismissing the appeal from Muri Ajaka of the Social Democratic Party (SDP).

The SDP petition against setting aside the BVAS machine  by the appeal court dismissed

The SDP Muri Ajaka petition against the decision of the appeal court on over voting is hereby dismissed too

The petition against certificates forgery is also hereby dismissed

The Five panels of judges have dismissed all the petitions of SDP Muri Ajaka against Ododo. Therefore the supreme Court has affirmed the election of Ododo as the executive Governor of Kogi State.
